Trip overview

The Ganesh Himalayan Range is the massive Himalayan range that includes Ganesh I, Ganesh II, Ganesh III, and Ganesh IV, which stand out like sparkling crystals on the horizon. Ganesh Himal trekking is one of Nepal’s least trafficked trekking routes. The paths in the Ganesh Himal Region are naturally and culturally rich, with flourishing fauna, lush panoramic hills, a diverse geographical landscape, and biological variety.

Walking through remote traditional villages allows you to experience the endearing beauty of mountains such as Ganesh, Mt. Manaslu, and other peaks. Likewise, the trip to Ganesh Himal has the potential to be the finest trekking journey you’ve ever had. The Ganesh Himal Trek follows the Manaslu Circuit Trail for a substantial number of days and the Hidden Tsum Valley paths for a few days.

The region is less populated and established than other renowned trekking sites, there you get to stay at local lodges where you will be welcomed with great hospitality by the local people. Throughout the walk, you can expect to stay in a nice room with two shared beds, mattresses, blankets, and pillows. Similarly, when it comes to meals, you will get the local organic food, particularly dal bhat in the Nepali traditional way. Well, at the teahouses, you can refuel your body with traditional tea or soup.

Highlights:

  • The harmony of the beautiful location of Nepal’s mid-west.
  • Adventure into remote corners of the massive Ganesh, Manaslu, and Langtang Himal
  • On and off the beaten tracks, away from the main flow of trekkers, far from villages
  • Lovely forest lined with tall rhododendron, pines, oaks, firs, and magnolia trees.
  • Panorama of the Central and Western Himalayas from the high, scenic Pasang-La Pass
